DTS Seminar Program Payment Plan
Terms, Payment Schedule, and Authorization
The DTS Seminar Program Payment Plan allows you to begin the program with an initial payment and pay the remaining balance over four monthly payments.
Payment Schedule
- Total program price: $7,900
- Initial payment: $2,500 due at enrollment
- Remaining balance: Four monthly payments of $1,350
- Interest or payment-plan fees: None
The four monthly payments will be charged automatically to the payment method used at enrollment on the dates shown on the signup page and in your payment confirmation.
Authorization for Scheduled Payments
By selecting the DTS Seminar Program Payment Plan, you authorize Disciplined Trading Strategies, LLC to charge your payment method for the initial payment and the four scheduled monthly payments described above.
This authorization applies only to the stated Seminar Program payments. It does not create an ongoing subscription or authorize charges beyond the listed payment schedule.
Failed, Declined, or Unavailable Payment Method
If a scheduled payment is declined, or if the payment method on file is removed, expires, is canceled, or otherwise becomes unavailable, DTS will contact you and provide an opportunity to supply a valid payment method and complete the payment.
If the payment is not completed, DTS may suspend access to any remaining Seminar Program materials, meetings, services, memberships, or other benefits that have not yet been provided.
DTS does not charge interest, late fees, or collection fees under this payment plan.
Payment Obligation and Non-Participation
Enrollment in the DTS Seminar Program Payment Plan is a commitment to pay the full program price.
The initial payment and all four scheduled monthly payments remain due even if the participant chooses not to attend, stops participating, does not use the program materials or included services, or otherwise decides not to complete the program.
Failure to participate does not cancel the enrollment or eliminate the remaining payment obligation.
Any refund specifically approved by DTS would be handled separately and would not be automatic.
